Children: Minimum age is 10 years old. Children between 8 and 12 years old pay a discounted rate.
Restrictions: River rafting in Costa Rica is a fun yet challenging activity. You must be in good physical condition to participate. The Class II/III rapids of the Balsa River are considered fairly easy to navigate. The maximum recommended age for this tour is 55 years old.
